Regular Replacement
If your RSI HP 3000/4000 clock is diagnosed as defective and you require a replacement clock or require your current clocks to be repaired, perform the following steps:
- Gather the following information:
- Return shipping address, contact name and phone number.
- Clock serial number.
- Clock configuration details including IP Address, Default Gateway, Subnet Mask, and Host IP.
- Clock defect details (for example: broken keypad, faulty display, etc.).
- Contact Infor Support and include the above details in your request. Infor Support will configure a replacement clock.
- Enclose the above information with the clock inside the box.
The returning clock will have the information you provided pre-programmed.
- Include the Hub Issue # of the replacement item on the outside of the box, not inside and ship via FedEx International Economy (or equivalent service) to:
