Troubleshooting with Diagnostic Mode

The WB2000 Series Clock has a Diagnostics Mode, which is used to help diagnose problems with the clock. Diagnostic Mode provides this information:

  • Software versions currently installed, such as the firmware, drivers and TCP/IP stack version.
  • Software versions currently installed, such as the firmware, drivers and TCP/IP stack version.
  • Ethernet hardware present.
  • Physical connection mode.
  • Unit ID number of the clock reader.
  • Static client host port number.
  • Host IP address.
  • Clock reader IP address
  • Subnet mask.
  • Clock reader's serial number.
  • G-10 number for the PC board used in the clock reader (useful when contacting Infor for technical support).
  • Current date setting for the clock reader (RTC Diagnostic).
  • Amount of RAM available on the clock reader.
