Setting Up Employee Badge Numbers

Employees who use the WB5500 must be assigned badge numbers. Otherwise, the employees cannot use the clocks. Employees and badge numbers can be imported using the Employee Import.

To verify that the required employees have badge numbers:

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Badge
  2. Ensure that the employees using the WB5500 are listed on this page. If they are not listed, create the badge numbers.
  3. If your employees are using biometrics, click the Edit link next to a biometric employee.
  4. Select the Empbdg Flag 3 check box.
  5. Click Save.

    If you have a number of employees using the biometric WB5500 Series Clocks, repeat steps 3 to 5 for each employee.
