Viewing the clock log

The clock log displays a list of transactions the clock has performed. Any errors that are displayed indicate problems and can be useful for troubleshooting to correct problems.

To access the clock log either:

  • Connect to the clock with the Admin Console and click the Log tab.
  • Navigate directly to the log file in <Clock_installation_directory>/log, and open the clock.log file in your preferred text editor.
