Using the Scheduled Swipes Module (HTML Clock)

The HTML Clock can be configured to display missed swipes (such as a Clock Out or an End Break) by implementing the Scheduled Swipes module. The Scheduled Swipes module tracks expected swipes based on your schedule. When you miss an expected swipe, you are presented with the missed swipe on the HTML Clock. You can then confirm or correct the time associated with the missed swipe.

If you do not want to address the missed swipe, you may also have the option of escalating the missed swipe until a later date. For more information on how to configure this, see Enabling the Escalate Button for Scheduled Swipes.

Locked Days, which is displayed in the Employees tab in Admin Console, represents the period of time for which missed swipes cannot be edited. This period is determined by the timesheet lockout period that has been configured in the WFM application. Locked days include days that are locked manually from the timesheet and days that are locked by the Hands Off and Supervisor dates for the pay group. Locked days cannot be edited in Admin Console. For more information, see Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Note: If you are using Scheduled Swipes with Supervisor Mode enabled, missed swipes will not be displayed for employees when you are logged in as a supervisor and performing swipes on behalf of an employee. Infor recommends that you disable Supervisor Mode when using the Scheduled Swipes feature. For more information, see Disabling Supervisor Mode.
