Configure the Alert - Inactive Clocks Task Schedule

To enable the task:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler
  2. Find the Alert - Inactive Clocks task and select Edit.
  3. Edit the tasks parameters and set the appropriate schedule.

    Do not edit the Task Type.

  4. Click Submit.

The alert is now displayed when the conditions specified in the task schedule’s parameters are met. The alert generates a Workmail message if any clocks are inactive. If the Send Message If Blank parameter is flagged in the alert’s configuration, the Workmail message will be sent even if no clocks are displayed on the list.
