Details for the 8000, 8100 and 8200 clocks

This topic contains some brief overview information for the three models of clock in the 8000 Series.

8000 clock

This clock has a numeric keypad, function keys, and a graphic color display.

The 8000 does not have a power button or switch to start the clock. Typically, the clock powers on automatically when it is either connected to a power source (AC/DC Model) or directly to a network that provides Power over Ethernet (PoE Model). Once powered, the clock will automatically connect to the Infor Workforce Management application.

Once the clock has started the current date and time is displayed at the top of the screen to the right of the lnfor logo or your company logo. The badge number prompt is displayed at the center of the screen, and the function key labels are displayed at the bottom of the screen.

For the specification details of this clock, see 8000 clock specifications.

8000 clock

8100 clock

The outer case and appearance of this clock is identical to the 8000 clock. The internals of the clock have been enhanced to improve the processor, memory and available hard disk space.

For the specification details of this clock, see 8100 clock specifications.

8100 clock

8200 clock

The 8200 clock has similar internal specifications to the 8100 but provides a clock casing with a flat, non-mechanical touch keypad to better withstand wear and tear in locations with heavy traffic or frequent use of chemicals which may otherwise damage a mechanical keypad.

For the specification details of this clock, see 8200 clock specifications.
