Synchronizing rule group parameters and the forecast layout

After you have a budget and before you generate a forecast, you must verify that the rules within the DFT FORECAST WORKSHEET EXEC GRP 2 reference the correct version and budget.

After generating the forecast, you must reference a forecast layout. If that forecast layout does not reference the same version and budget as the rules in the DFT FORECAST WORKSHEET EXEC GRP 2, then when you view the forecast layout via the Worksheet, the following error message is displayed:

The sourceVersionName specified in the execution group for this budget/forecast was not found in the selected layout. 

This error message indicates that the source and target names and the versions cannot be loaded,

To correct this error, check the following rules within the DFT FORECAST WORKSHEET EXEC GRP2 to ensure that they reference the same budget as the forecast layout:

• SALES TREND VARIANCE
• PAYROLL PERCENT TREND LEVERAGE
• PAYROLL PERCENT LEVERAGE
• SALES PERCENT CHANGE
• PAYROLL ADJUST RULE
