Viewing Availability Summaries

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Availability.
  2. Select the employees for whom you want to view availability summaries using the Employee lookup.
    Only the employees to which you have access are displayed.
  3. Click Approve Availability Requests.
  4. Click:
    • forward arrows to navigate to the next time period.
    • back arrows to navigate to the previous time period.
