Configuring custom images for the WFM application

WFM provides the ability to specify a custom image in place of the Infor logo image in the login page, application header and the favicon (WFM and mobility application). This topic provides instructions on how to change the images in the application and some basic recommendations and requirements for the image file itself.

Note:
  • If you currently utilize a custom logo in your WFM deployment, you are now required to use the registry parameters outlined in this section to configure custom images for the WFM application.
  • The favicon can be changed for the both the WFM and mobility application using the same registry parameter: /system/customer/customImages/FaviconLogo.png

To specify a custom image in the WFM application, you must complete the following tasks:

  1. Create or obtain an image for your log in page and the WFM application header page that meets the requirements outlined in Custom image requirements.
  2. Provide fully qualified URLs to your images that are accessible to the browser of each user that is logging in to the application. To guarantee that the image remains available at all times, it is recommended that you use an internal web server to store the images, although you can also use commercial hosting tools such as AWS S3.
  3. Specify your fully qualified image URLs in the WFM registry for the log in page, application header and favicon. See CustomerLoginLogo.png, CustomerHeaderLogo.png and FaviconLogo.png in the Infor Workforce Management Registry Parameter Reference Guide for information on how to do this.
  4. After updating the registry parameters, clear the Workforce Management cache and your browser cache to display the new custom images.
