Entitlement policy changes

Changes to entitlement policies can require recalculation of employee records. The need for recalculations is similar to calculation group changes. For example, if the policy that dictates how employees accrue vacation days is changed, affected employee records must be recalculated so their vacation balance reflects the new policy.
