Viewing existing employee overrides

To view existing employee overrides:

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Basic Information - Override.
  2. Select the employee who you want to view using the Employee lookup.
  3. Select the date using the Date calendar, and click Go.

    Since overrides are date effective, all the overrides prior to the date that you enter are displayed in the Employee Override page. By default, existing overrides are not displayed.

  4. Click one of these options:
    • Show Overrides: Displays any employee overrides.
    • Show Balance Overrides: Displays any employee balance overrides.
    • Show Default Labor Overrides: Displays any labor allocation overrides.
