Composing mail messages using the Address Book page

You can use the Address Book page to access active application users to whom you can send messages.

Using the Address Book, you can access all application users, who are added to the contact list automatically when they are added to the application. Users of the application can be grouped into distribution lists as defined by the system administrator. You can only view distribution lists that you are authorized to access.

You can also save custom distribution lists, which only you can view, edit, and delete.

When you select a list or a custom list for a message, Workmail sends your message to every member that is associated with that list. You can only send messages to those distribution lists to which you have been granted security access. See System Security.
