Error messages

You can view the logs in the Job Scheduler or the Import Transactions page for errors during an Employee Temporary Team Import. See Job Scheduler.

Errors are also shown in the Import Log Report. See the Infor Workforce Management Workforce Performance Implementation and Administration Guide.

These error messages are possible for an Employee Temporary Team Import:

Error Message Description
Error: {EMP_NAME /WBT_NAME/ACTION} cannot be null. Required fields cannot be null.
Error: Employee {x} was not found. The employee was not found.
Error: Team {x} was not found. The team was not found.
Error: Temporary team assignment to Team {x} for Employee {x} was not found. The temporary team assignment was not found for an UPDATE action.
Error: Temporary team assignment has existing EXT_CODE. The record in the import file has no EXT_CODE and matches to a team assignment with an existing EXT_CODE.
Error: EXT_CODE exceeds the maximum field length of 20. The EXT_CODE in the imported record is more than 20 characters.
Error: EXT_CODE cannot be null. The record in the import file has no EXT_CODE and the EXT_CODE should be unique when adding parameter is selected in the interface task.
