Post/Withdraw button
The button is displayed when a
user has both shifts that are posted to the billboard and non-posted shifts on the same date.
After clicking this button, the user can post an assigned shift to the billboard from the
Post section. They can withdraw a shift post from the billboard in the
Withdraw section.
