Time attestation prompts with labor metric clocks
In addition to ON clocks, the time attestation prompts can also be displayed for other
non-OFF clocking events.
Labor metric clocks fall under the non-OFF event category based on the TREAT_X_AS_ON registry parameters, where X can be DEPARTMENT, DOCKET, JOB, PROJECT, or TIMECODE. To be treated as a non-OFF clock, the appropriate registry must be enabled and the labor metric clock must be the first clock for the day or the first after an OFF clock.
For example, assume the TREAT_DEPARTMENT_AS_ON registry parameter is set to True. When a user with outstanding time approval or rejected records initiates a Change Department event, the applicable time attestation prompts are displayed if the clocking event is the first clock for the day or the first after an OFF clock.
