Default security configurations
Users in these security groups can access the Self Service Portal application by default:
- WEBSERVICE USER
- SYSTEM ADMINS
- SUPERVISORS
- PAYROLL ADMIN
- OTHERS
- INFOR ADMINS
- EXECUTIVES
- EMPLOYEE
Access is granted through the SS_PORTAL maintenance form.

By default, only users in the SUPERVISORS security group have access to the My Staff and Approve Time Off menu options.
Folder-level security takes precedence over feature-level security. For example, if a user has access to the My Staff Dashboard, but does not access to the My Staff menu item, the user will not be access to access the My Staff Dashboard either.
