Viewing bid window or shift assignment notifications

Employees can view a list of their schedule bids using the Employee Schedule Bids page, which displays the schedule bids that an administrator opened. Employees can also view notifications that indicate the bid windows they can use or the shifts or shift patterns they have been assigned. Employees will only have access to the schedule bid during the date and time that is specified by their bid window.

To view bid window or shift assignment notifications:

  1. Select Messages.
    The Inbox page is displayed.
  2. Select the link to the message from the From column.
  3. Read the notification message.
