Running the Daily Staffing Summary Report
To run the Daily Staffing Summary Report:
- Select Birst Reports > Multi-view Scheduler Reports > Daily Staffing Summary Report to run the report on demand.

Specify this information:
- Employee ID
- Select the employee IDs to include in the report.
- Teams
- Select the teams to include in the report.
- Include Sub Teams
- Select this check box to include the sub teams for the teams you selected.
- Day Part
- Select the Day Parts to include in the report. If no value is selected, then all shifts are displayed including shifts that are not assigned to a Day Part.
- *Shifts Not Associated to Day Part
- Select one of these options:
- Include - Include shifts that are not associated to a Day Part.
- Exclude - Exclude shifts that are not associated to a Day Part.
- Only - Only display shifts that are not associated to a Day Part. If you select this option, then the Day Part parameter displays Not Applicable in the report result page.
- Job
- Select the jobs to include in the report. These are activities, not Job Scheduler jobs.
- Date Selection
- Select the period of time for the report.
- Start Date
- If you selected Manual Date Range from the Date Selection field, then select the start date for the period to view.
- End Date
- If you selected Manual Date Range from the Date Selection field, then select the end date for the period to view.
- Show Parameters
- Select Yes to show the selected parameters at the top of the report.
- Click Go to run the report.
