Ability to edit premium overrides in mobility and include 10 UDFs

You can configure the mobility timesheet to allow users to edit work premium overrides, so they can update premium details. All core premium override fields, up to 10 UDFs, and up to 5 Flags can be edited through the premium override.

Note: Only work premium overrides can be edited in mobility.

For consistency, up to 10 UDFs can now be shown in the Work Premium Override pop-up in the desktop application. Previously, only 5 UDFs could be shown.
