Multiview Scheduler (MVS)

Ability to specify Staffing Requirement Template in hours

Staffing Requirement Templates (SRTs) can specify workload as a quantity of hours. When creating new SRTs, users can select Hours from the Workload Unit drop-down to specify how many hours are required for each job in each day part.

The number of hours required is used in coverage calculations in the MVS scheduling screens after workload is generated from the template. It can be displayed directly in hours or converted to Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) units depending on the display options.

See “Staffing Requirement Templates” in the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.

ASV Schedule Balance mode

Users can enable Schedule Balance mode in ASV to quickly perform shift edits for multiple employees. When the Schedule Balance check box is selected, shift edits only lock the row for the current employee, instead of locking the entire schedule, until the processing completes. Users can perform edits to other rows for unlocked employees during this processing time. Schedule compliance and validations are analyzed during this processing time, and violations are displayed in the Employee column when the row is unlocked.

Schedule Balance mode is available in Simple Edit and Detail Edit modes. A limited set of functionality is available when Schedule Balance mode is enabled.

See "Schedule Balance mode" in the Infor Workforce Management Multiview Scheduler User Guide.
