Multiview Scheduler (MVS)

Self-scheduling link removed from Workmail message in multi-tenant

In multi-tenant WFM deployments, the Workmail sent to users when self-scheduling processes open has been updated to remove the link. In single-tenant and on-premises deployments, this link opens the process in the Employee Transaction Manager (ETM), which is not supported in multi-tenant deployments.

Self Scheduling smartphone view

Smartphone view has been added to the Self Scheduling screen. When smartphone view is open, the sections for self-scheduling and schedule compliance rules can be displayed by tapping the Rules button. Users can select processes and display weekly scheduled hours by tapping the Settings button.

Smartphone view is activated when users in the Self Service Portal open the Self Scheduling screen on a smartphone. It also opens when users open the screen on desktop in a small browser window.

See "Self Scheduling screen" in the Infor Workforce Management Real-time Self-scheduler User Guide.

Shift Billboard workflow updates

Workflows and forms used for Shift Billboard have been updated. The Billboard Claim workflow can be configured to notify team supervisors when employee-posted shifts are successfully claimed. This feature can be enabled by setting the NOTIFY_MANAGER_OF_EMP_POSTING_CLAIM parameter to true under the Accept Billboard Claim node. By default, supervisor claim notifications are disabled for employee posted shifts.

New forms have been created for Billboard - Post, Billboard - Claim, and Billboard - Withdraw. These forms have been updated to the new format for Form Studio. The new forms are used in the Self Service Portal to notify users of the status of billboard transactions. The new forms are not used in mobility.
