This parameter determines whether all DBLookup fields are open to input. Valid values for this parameter are ‘true’ or ‘false’.
When DBLookup fields are used for searching, only the results matching the text in the DBLookup field are displayed.
By default, this parameter is set to “true” for new installations. This parameter is set to “false” when upgrading existing installations.
