Schedule Selection panel

The Schedule Selection panel provides you with a number of parameters for selecting the schedules to be viewed.

You can select from these parameters:

  • Presets

    See Presets in ASV.

  • Unit (teams)
  • Employee
  • Schedule Period

    You can view the schedule by team schedule period, week, or specific start and end dates.

  • Exclude OFF Shifts

    Select this check box to not show shifts where the entire shift has been booked off using activities with an Off activity type. This excludes shifts from the displayed schedule that have been booked off for schedule adjustments. For example, selecting this option excludes shifts that have been floated away or shifts that were posted to the Shift Billboard by an employee and claimed by another employee.

You can select from these display options:

  • Shift Description

You can also specify additional filter criteria:

  • Unit
  • Job
  • Activity
  • Day Part
  • Rotation
  • Employment Type
  • Work Type
  • Employee
  • Schedule Status
You can sort the employee rows using these items as a primary criteria or secondary criteria:
  • Employee ID
  • Employee Name
  • Employee Hire Date
  • Employee Seniority Date
  • Total Scheduled Hours
  • Employment Type
  • Work Type
  • Row Name (from MR or OTS)
  • Row Rank (from MR or OTS)
