Non-MVS shifts in KPIs and coverage in Central Staffing
Hours in non-MVS shifts are included in the weekly scheduled hours for
employees if the activity is configured as a working activity. Hours for working
activities are also included in these calculations in the Key Performance Indicator
(KPI) panel:
- Scheduled Hours
- Hours Per Patient Day (HPPD)
- Productivity
Non-MVS shifts are not included in calculations for staff coverage that are displayed in the Schedule Zone or KPI panel.
