Showing row versions

In row editing mode, an i icon is displayed to indicate that the row has multiple versions. This icon is displayed when more than one version of the row is effective for at least one day of the schedule period you are currently viewing. The icon is displayed whether the row versions are in DRAFT or ACTIVE status.

To view row versions, right-click in the Employee column and select Show Versions. The Row Version(s) pop-up is opened and displays a list of all versions of the selected row.

The Version Details tab displays each row version's version number, effective dates, description, and status. A BULK label is displayed to indicate that a row version was created as part of a bulk row version. You can click the Load button to work with a row version that is in DRAFT status. You can then edit the row version or activate it. When loading a row version that is part of a bulk row version, all rows from the bulk row version are also loaded for editing.

The Shifts tab displays the shifts that are included in each row version for a single rotation. Similarly, the Labor Metrics tab displays the labor metrics specified in each row version. These tabs can be useful for viewing how the shifts and labor metrics on the row have changed over time.

The Skills tab displays the skills that are applied to each row version. A column is displayed for each skill that is applied to any row version. A star indicates that the skill is applied to the row version. A filled in star indicates the skill is mandatory, and an outlined star indicates the skill is not mandatory. The required proficiency level is displayed under the star.
