Offering relief shifts

When unassigned shifts are sent to the Relief Queue, the shifts are then offered to groups of employees who may be interested in working the shifts.

To offer relief shifts to employees:

  1. Select the teams or employees that you want to view in the Relief Queue.
  2. Select the shifts that you want to offer for assignment. Hover your cursor over a shift to view more details about the shift including the start time, end time, shift type, etc.
  3. Click Offer Shifts. Your selected shifts are displayed in the Relief Calling Area page.
