Selecting team holiday calendars

Holidays are highlighted in purple in the screens for MR, OTS, ASV, RQ, and RCA. Teams can be associated with holiday calendars. When scheduling the team in MVS, only days from the associated holiday calendars are highlighted. This is useful for scheduling teams in different locations with different statutory holidays. If a team is not associated with any holiday calendars, MVS highlights days from every holiday calendar in the system.

  1. Click Scheduling > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Team Holiday Calendar Configuration.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify the team in the Team field.
  4. Specify the holiday you would like to associate with the team in the Calendar field.
  5. Click Save.
