Cleaning up team schedules

You can clean up the schedule for an entire team for a specified date range.

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Advanced Settings > ES Data Definitions > Schedule Cleanup Requests.
  2. Select Team Schedule Cleanup and click Go.
  3. Click +.
  4. Specify this information:
    Team
    Select the team for which you would like to clean up the schedule.
    Start date
    Select the start date for the schedule clean up. This date must be today or in the future.
    End date
    Select the end date for the schedule clean up.
    Delete Unassigned Shifts
    Select this check box to delete existing unassigned shifts and shifts that were unassigned in the schedule cleanup process. When this check box is clear, existing unassigned shifts are retained, and assigned shifts are unassigned by the schedule cleanup process.
  5. Click Save.
The team schedule cleanup is saved and is performed the next time the Team Schedule Cleanup Task runs.
