Masking leave codes in printed MR and OTS schedules

A generic leave code can be configured to mask employees' actual leave activities in print PDFs for MR and OTS schedules. This is useful for protecting employees' personal information regarding their reasons for taking leave time.

Leave code masking is enabled by configuring the MASK_LEAVE_CODES registry parameter to true. When this feature is enabled and MR or OTS schedules are printed, the generic leave code replaces employees' actual leave activities. This covers any days where employees are placed on long-term absence (LTA) in the MR or OTS. Leave activities for book offs performed outside of the MR or OTS and employee time off requests are not included in printed MR or OTS schedules.

The generic leave code can be specified using the Message Dialogs > SCHEDULE_PRINTOUT_LEAVE_CODES_MASK control in Config mode. The leave code can also be localized for users in different regions.

Note: Enabling leave code masking and specifying the generic leave code also affects printed schedules in ASV.
