Configuring Relief Management

The Relief Management module allows users to manage the relief shifts generated as a result of employee absences and unplanned workload requirements. The two main components in Relief Management are the Relief Queue and the Relief Calling Area. The Relief Queue organizes the relief shifts into various statuses. The Relief Calling Area allows users to offer the outstanding relief shifts to employees in the relief pool.
