Enabling meal confirmation for an employee

For an employee to be eligible for the meal confirmation prompt, they must be assigned to the MOBILITY READER GROUP. In addition, the Enable Meal Confirmation option must be selected in both the MOBILITY READER GROUP and the employee's calculation group. If either option is unselected, the employee will not be prompted to confirm their meal upon clocking off.

  1. In the desktop application, select Maintenance > Employees > Employee.
  2. Click Edit beside the employee you want to enable meal confirmation for.
  3. In the Employee Reader Groups section, click the new row icon.
  4. Select MOBILITY READER GROUP from the Reader Group drop-down list.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Select Maintenance > Reader Setup > Reader Groups.
  7. Click Edit beside the MOBILITY READER GROUP.
  8. Select the Enable Meal Confirmation check box.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Select Maintenance > Payroll Settings > Calc Group.
  11. Click Edit beside the employee's calculation group.
  12. Select the Enable Meal Confirmation check box.
    If some employees in the calculation group do not require the meal confirmation prompt, assign them to a separate calculation group with the option unselected. For details, see the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
  13. Click Save.
