Copying and Pasting Stores

Copying stores creates a new store under the same corporate entity or a different corporate entity in the location hierarchy. The entities associated with the original store, such as the departments and drivers, are also copied and are associated to the new store.

  2. Select the location, corporate entity, or store that includes the store you would like to copy in the Location section.
  3. Select Store in the Operations section.
  4. Select the store you would like to copy from the Store Results section.

  10. In the Replace Store Name Prefix field, specify the part of the original store's name to be replaced in the new store's name.
  11. In the With field, specify the prefix to be used to create the new store's name. This prefix is also applied to the other entities copied for the new store.
The new store name is displayed in the New Store Name Preview field. For example, the original store name is EAST STORE. EAST is specified in the Replace Store Name Prefix field, and NORTH is specified in the With field. The name for the new store would be NORTH STORE.
