Using the Check Boxes

When working with staff rules, two check boxes with associated links are displayed for each property item:

  • Enabled check box

    When selected, this setting specifies staff groups with the constraint or preference that will retain any modifications upon save.

  • Enabled link

    Specifies the number of selected staff groups that have the constraint or preference enabled. Clicking the link allows you to view these staff groups.

  • Disabled check box

    When selected, this setting specifies staff groups without the constraint or preference that will have the modified rule upon save.

  • Disabled link

    Specifies the number of selected staff groups that do not have the constraint or preference enabled. Clicking the link allows you to view these staff groups.

The sum of the Enabled and Disabled links is equal to the total number of staff groups selected in the Results section.
