Supported browsers

The current release supports these browsers. Both Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported as the operating system for browsers.

Infor acknowledges that browsers often update automatically. However, the certified versions of browsers that are listed in this document are the versions that were tested for this release.

Note: The WFM application cannot be used in multiple tabs or windows of the same browser instance. Using WFM in this way is not supported.
Browser Details
Microsoft® Edge Chromium Apply all Microsoft hot fixes. The version of the browser that was used to test this release was version 85.0.4183.102.
Mozilla® Firefox®, most recent stable version. Every effort is made to test and support the most recent version of this browser as of the release date for Infor Workforce Management. The version of the browser that was used to test this release was version 80.0.1 (64-bit).

Google Chrome™, most recent stable version Google Chrome applies updates automatically.

Every effort is made to test and support the most recent version of this browser as of the release date for Infor Workforce Management. The version of the browser that was used to test this release was version 85.0.4183.102.

Chrome is the recommended browser to use to access the screens in the MVS module. Chrome has the best performance when displaying the MVS screens compared with the other supported browsers.

Apple® Safari® version 12.2 Safari 12.2 is only certified for use on Mac OS X. Mac OS X only supports Safari.

Notes

  1. These platforms are eligible for “Supplementary Third-Party Vendor Update Support”. See Supplementary Third-Party Vendor Update Support.
  2. Third party extensions are not supported. Some third party extensions create significant performance problems.
  3. Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or later is required to view generated PDF files.
  4. Browsers must be run at a resolution of 1280x1024 or higher.
  5. Changing any of the default configuration or registry settings to increase the amount of data that is displayed to the user may slow the responsiveness of the system.
