Editing employee information using the Employee dashboard

To edit employee information using the Employee dashboard:

  1. Select Employee from the Header bar on the main page.
  2. Select the employee whose information you want to edit using the Employee lookup.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select Manual Date Range from the Date Selection drop-down menu and specify a start date and end date for the date range.
    • Select a predefined time period from the Date Selection drop-down menu.
  4. Select Employee Override from the Action drop-down menu.
  5. Click Go.
    If you do not have permissions to edit overrides for the selected employee or on the selected dates, a non-editable Employee Override page is displayed with a notification. From this page, you can view the information, but not make changes.

    If you have the appropriate permissions to edit the employee overrides, the Employee Override page is displayed with editable fields.

  6. Modify the fields as necessary.
  7. Click Submit.
