Example Configuration
This section includes some practical examples of shifts that violate or pass this Schedule Compliance rule.
Example 1 - Violation
Employee A is scheduled to work:
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Clocks in at 7:55 AM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Clocks in at 7:53 AM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM
- Clocks in at 7:48 AM
- Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Clocks in at 7:30 AM
- Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Clocks in at 8:10 AM
Employee A attempts to clock in on Saturday at 7:58 AM.
Schedule Compliance returns an error because the employee attempted to clock in on Saturday, when the he/she was not scheduled to work.
