The clock reader does not power up, the display and none of the status LEDs are lit. |
The clock does not have power. Use these options:
If the battery backup option is installed, the clock reader operates for approximately 1.5 hours after the primary power source is lost. After this time, the clock reader powers off. The yellow low power indicator LED, located on the front of the clock reader, illuminates while operating in the battery backup mode. |
Yellow Low Power indicator is lit. |
Either the clock is operating on battery backup, or the clock is receiving low DC power. Use these options:

The clock is not communicating with the WBCS. |
The communication cable connecting the clock to the WBCS is defective or unplugged.
