Timesheet and Schedule Overrides

The Long Term Absence (LTA) overrides (for example, SICK, VAC) that you submit in the Weekly Timesheet, Daily Timesheet, and Schedule pages will display in the Availability Management module, enabling you to gain an overall view of an employee’s availability. When an LTA override is submitted in the Weekly Timesheet, Daily Timesheet, and Schedule pages, the override is displayed as a read-only LTA override in the Availability Management module.

By default, the VAC, VAC-U and SICK time codes are configured as LTA time codes. However, you can configure any time code as an LTA time code. You can do so by selecting the Tcode is Lta check box when you define a time code. See the Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Timesheet and schedule LTA overrides affect employees’ schedules and their pay periods. For example, an LTA override may appear in the Timesheet, Schedule, and Employee Availability Calendar.

For more information about creating timesheet and schedule overrides, see the Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
