Employee Job Filter

The Employee Job Filter selects employees based on their job qualifications. The Jobs parameter determines which jobs an employee must be qualified for to be scheduled by the Auto-Assignment group. When multiple jobs are selected in the Jobs parameter, the filter selects employees that have any of the selected jobs. For example, if you select Cashier and Clerk jobs in the same filter, the filter selects employees that are qualified for either the Cashier or Clerk jobs.

You can add multiple job filters to Auto-Assignment group to require employees to be qualified to multiple jobs. For example, if you create a filter for the Cashier job and a filter for the Clerk job, the Auto-Assignment group selects employees with both the Cashier and Clerk jobs.

The Exclude Jobs check box can be selected to exclude employees with the specified jobs from being selected by the group. For example, this option could be used to create a group that selects all employees from the Toronto Store team excluding employees with the Cashier job. Employees with multiple jobs in their employee profile are still selected as long as any of their assigned jobs are not excluded. In the previous example, an employee with the Cashier and Clerk jobs would still be selected, since the Clerk job is not excluded.
