Creating manual overrides in employee violation logs

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Attendance Management > Violation Log.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify this information:
    Employee
    Select the ID for the employee to whom the violation log applies.
    Employee
    Shows the name of the employee to whom the violation log applies.
    Violation
    Select the name of the violation.
    Work Date
    Represents the work date to which the violation applies.
    User
    Select the user who logged the violation.
    Log Date
    Select the date the event was logged.
    Notified By
    Represents the user who notified the employee of the violation.
    Notified Date
    Represents the date the employee was notified of the violation.
    Employee Reason
    Represents the employee’s reason why the violation occurred.
    Supervisor Notes
    Represents the supervisor’s comments regarding the violation.
    Auth By
    The supervisor’s name who authorized the violation is displayed when the violation is authorized using the Attendance Management Authorization Form.
    Auth Date
    Represents the date the violation was authorized. This field is populated by the system when the supervisor authorizes a violation using the Attendance Management Authorization Form.
    Status
    Select the status of the event: PENDING or PROCESSED.

    Comments
    Optionally, specify any additional comments regarding the violation.
    Note: The system automatically populates the non-mandatory Violation Log fields when the Attendance Management process is run.
  4. Click Save.
