Disabling archived data

When disabled, customers can remove existing archived data from WFM Analytics. Deleting archived data can be achieved by running WFM Analytics - Delete Archived Data workflow.

To disable archived data, perform these steps:

  1. Set the IncludeArchivedData variable to False.
  2. Delete archived data from the Source & Model spaces.
    Archived data is removed from all measures and attributes.
