Setting up Data Lake for Workforce Management

Integration with Data Lake requires the ION Message Service (IMS). Before proceeding with the Data Lake setup, IMS must be set up. See Setting up ION Message Service (IMS) for Workforce Management.

To set up Data Lake for Workforce Management, perform these tasks:

• Schedule the Data Replication task.
• Verify the Data Lake setup.
