Permanent erasure (GDPR)
Personally identifying data may be copied from WFM to Data Lake.
If an employee requests to be permanently erased, their personally identifying information will be anonymized and some data may be deleted. The next time the Data Replication task runs, the changes will be copied to Data Lake.
Note: Although the changes done by the permanent
erasure tool to delete and anonymize the data will be replicated to Data Lake, previous
versions of the data in Data Lake will not be modified. All previous variations will still
contain the original, un-anonymized values. For more details, refer to the Infor Operating
Service documentation.
For information on how WFM deletes and anonymizes personal data, see the Infor Workforce Management GDPR Compliance Guide.
