Assigning users to security groups

It is your responsibility to ensure that users are assigned to the correct Infor Ming.le security role for WFM after the security group changes are synchronized between Infor Ming.le and Workforce Management.

Any user that needs to be part of the WFM system must have at least one WFM security role assigned to them in Infor Ming.le.

If multiple WFM security groups are assigned to a user in Infor Ming.le, the user is assigned to the security group with the lowest value in the Rank field among the security groups associated with that user. In case of a tie at the lowest Rank value, the user is assigned to the security group with the lowest ID among the security groups.

If there are no WFM security groups assigned to a user, the user will not get created in WFM.
