Compass

Compass is an ION Desk tool for querying the contents of Data Lake. Users can run queries in Compass to retrieve the WFM data stored in Data Lake.

Data localization when using Compass queries is not currently supported.

Note: User authorization for Compass uses Infor Ming.le roles. The standard WFM application security model, which ties the employee information with the team information, is not used in Data Lake to limit the employees that can be seen by the user. Any user who can access employee data using Compass will be able to query all employees.
