Viewing employee work details

An employee’s work details for any given day show a breakdown of how the employee’s time was spent. The time between the employee’s scheduled start and end time for the day is accounted for in the work details. If the employee recorded a break, arrived late, was on vacation or a sick day, it is reflected in the work details.

  1. Click the day link to view the work details of that day. You can use the Prev and Next buttons to browse through the days.

    Alternatively, click the View All Work Details link to view the employee's work details for the week.

    Note: You might not see the View All Work Details link on your Weekly Timesheet because it is an optional component. A parameter set by your system administrator determines whether it is displayed.

    The Work Details window shows how many hours the employee worked and on which job, department, project, docket, or team.

  2. Close the window.
