Authorizing a Course Registration or Course Withdraw form

To authorize a Course Registration or Course Withdraw form:

  1. From the main application, click Messages from the menu bar.

    If your employee submits a Course Registration or Course Withdraw form, it is displayed in your Inbox.

  2. Click the name in the From column to view the form.

    The course enrollment or withdraw request is displayed.

    Note: The redirection of an interaction occurs when an exception arises in the workflow. An exception person is designated in the workflow that is associated with an interaction. That individual is notified through Workmail if the interaction encounters an exception and cannot move forward in the workflow. The exception person can then redirect the interaction to any node in the flow using the Redirect Flow To drop-down list.

  3. Verify the information on the form and select the Accept option.
  4. Click Submit to authorize the form.
    A notification that the form was accepted is sent to the employee's Inbox.

    In addition, the employee’s timesheet is updated as follows:

    • If the employee enrolled in a course, the employee's timesheet displays a new TRN time code for the course dates. The employee's schedule is also updated.
    • If the employee withdrew from a course, the TRN time code is removed from the employee's timesheet. The employee's schedule is also updated.
