Defining or modifying course location information

To define or modify course location information:

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Training Qualifications > Training Locations.
  2. Click one of these buttons:
    • To define a new training location, click Create New Entry.
    • To modify an existing training location, click Edit beside the location you want to modify.
  3. Specify this information:
    Location Name
    Specify the name of the course location.
    Description
    Specify a brief description of the location.
    Capacity
    Specify the maximum number of people the location can accommodate.
    Waiting List Maximum
    Specify the maximum number of people who can be on the waiting list for the course.
  4. Click Save to submit the information.
