Course instructors

After you have set up courses, you must set up instructors for the courses. Define qualified instructors from the Instructor Detail page and then link instructors to courses and course locations. You must set up course instructors because course calendar entries require an instructor to be defined for each class.

Setting up instructor security permissions

For a course instructor to enter grades, comments, results, and other employee course information, the system administrator must set up instructor security permissions. To do so, a new user group, which grants instructors access to the Course Calendar maintenance form, must be created. Instructors can then access the Course Calendar maintenance form to add items to the employee course calendar.
